Welcome mat / website -- how do these align / not align, how to define the initiatives
Shared first step -- define the “job” of various pages, start with homepage and community page.
Define overall structure from first page.
Then actually start changing the community page.
Evaluate our conclusions in comparison with the Marketing WG conclusions

April: Make it more obvious what we’re working on at a given time. Compass is a good step! How do we invite open conversation? Not sure where to get fast feedback.

April: Splitting things up, whether by anchor or by page URL, we get metrics that help us know what’s most important.
Matt: Anchors for metrics produce less clean data
Guiding principles
Help people quickly get to the thing they want. Whether that’s jumping down to an anchor or linking to another page.
Applying single responsibility principle! A verb and noun for every page.
Ask what question will this page answer? E.g. “when is this meeting?”
