      • ~$29k, greater than the budget that went to workshop organizers (~$21k)

      • Should we do it ourselves? Can we do it ourselves?

        • Goal: Minimize burden on workshop organizers. They want to be program chairs rather than administrators.

        • Required laborCreating workshop websites, updating with list of workshops, emails, logistics (?), ...?

    • Money aside, what is the appropriate number of workshops for our community through X date?

      • April: 2 is too few (they need to be visible), 10 is too many. At least 1 per quarter, but 1 per month is too many.

      • We agreed to target 6-7 workshops!. $20k/workshop would be$120k. Actual costs will be way less.

    • Goal: CFP by July? End date December 2027 / July 2027?

      • Jason: Eventually want to have CFP in Sept. / Oct. for the whole following year?

    • Goal: 2 workshops before end of year?
